So instead of making multiple trips out to the dealer I was able to work with Matt over the phone to get all the details on the car and work up potential payment details. Matt, as well as his manager, looked at photos of my car to provide a rough trade in value and when it met my desired value I was all in to make the trip out and get in a new car. I understand the end of the month hustle that is surely going on at a dealership with people in the office let, but Matt was able to work with me on the phone and keep his customers in the store happy as well. I was impressed from that moment forward as he just continued to go above and beyond. I couldn't be happier with the service once I arrived as well. The process was quick and smooth and I was back on the road in no time. My wife is going to be getting into a new car in the near future and even though this dealer is 1-1/2 hours away I will be checking their inventory first before going to anyone else! Matthew was extremely pr I recently inquired to Perrysburg Auto Mall on a test drive for a pre-owned 2019 BMW X5, and I was set up with Matthew Ovens. Matthew was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgable through the entire test drive. It was maybe 35 degrees outside and rain, Matthew had the BMW pulled up when I arrived, plate on the vehicle, with the heat and headed seats and steering wheel already activated.
