My experience with Range Rover began with the former management which allows me to understand the negative reviews I see. However, the new management has completely turned the car buying/maintaining exp management which allows me to understand the negative reviews I see. However, the new management has completely turned the car buying/maintaining experience around from top to bottom. My previous experience was so terrible and everything was handled so poorly. However, the new manager clearly wants excellence at every corner and he achieves that. The staff has had many changes which have resulted in consistently kind, helpful, timely responses and handling of any and all issues. When I first purchased my car, I was ready to tell people to go anywhere but here. However, now I encourage anyone I know to try out Range Rover Sudbury. I had a very unique situation and it was handled perfectly by management. Mike Knox is a genuine, compassionate, and hardworking manager who wants you to have the best possible experience. He spoke to me the way you’d speak to someone you care about. It was more than a sale to him. When making such a large, expensive purchase, you want to go somewhere that they understand the weight of the purchase and have your best interest in mind, not just theirs. Professional service I have been trying to purchase a car since May, I tried other dealers and it did not work. This time my first communication with the dealer was via email due to my busy schedule. I submitted my application and documents via fax. In less than 24 hours everything was approved, I scheduled a test drive and when I arrived to the dealer the car was ready and warm. The level of profissionalism that Matt Phillips, Sam Lee and Paula Brait provided was beyond words can explain. I have purchased 4 cars in my life and this by far was my best experience. More

Easy breezy I was hesitant to take a drive all the way from the South Shore, but the pre-owned 2013 Lexus RX350 looked great in the pictures, and was a great pric I was hesitant to take a drive all the way from the South Shore, but the pre-owned 2013 Lexus RX350 looked great in the pictures, and was a great price for the miles. Very happy we did. We had driven several other cars at multiple dealers. All of which were quite nice, but we couldn't find the "right" one, be it either the price, or the details of the vehicle. This one had it all. Nice comfortable showroom, beautiful Jags and Rovers over which to drool! Matt Phillips took us on a nice route to put the RX through the paces; I'd be remiss to not mention how scenic it was. After driving it, there was no haggling over the vehicle; just a quick point-counter point on the value of our trade, and deal done. Very simple! Matt was very attentive in assisting us through the entire process. When I mentioned that it might be difficult to come back to Sudbury to pick up the vehicle, the response was, We'll bring it to you. That's exactly what happened. Vehicle was delivered to my work, shiny as new, and with a full tank of fuel. What more can you ask? Can't wait to take it to the Cape this weekend! This is my second car in a row from Herb Chambers. I've driven over 50 miles to each dealership, and have been happy I did. More

Attentive and Knowledgeable This was the third LR dealership I had contacted to gain information regarding the upcoming 2015 RR Sport SVR and the only one that returned my call a This was the third LR dealership I had contacted to gain information regarding the upcoming 2015 RR Sport SVR and the only one that returned my call and had the information. Matt Phillips was great to work with, timely and informed. Ultimately when going to turn in the build sheet I found a 2012 RR ATB with very low miles that I picked up. Pricing and negotiation was very straight forward and fair. Both Matt and management were excellent to deal with and made the buying experience comfortable. I would definitely return to purchase again. More

He treats us like family. Tom Shusda in service cannot be nicer to us. Whenever we need to service our 2 Evoques he makes it soooo convenient. So glad Ben Muenzberg is the GM. He also treats us like family. Be puts in the extra mile for us. As long as these guys are at this dealership we will be coming back. They could be selling covered wagons we would still buy one. More

I recently traded in my LR3 for a Rover Sport. I have always been happy with the dealership and the experience I have with the service of my vehicle. Tom in the service department has always gone above a always been happy with the dealership and the experience I have with the service of my vehicle. Tom in the service department has always gone above and beyond to be helpful and informative, most importantly always fair! When it came time to trade my LR in, I wanted to stay loyal to a dealership that has treated me fair over the years. I was introduced to Matt in the sales department and was extremely happy with the entire buying experience. Matt was kind, fair and made me feel more like a friend than a customer. I was kept up to date on my new suv, it was ready when promised and there was zero pressure or hidden costs. I have been loyal to Subdury for service and now they have made a customer for life with sales. The dealership should be proud of the people that work there. Very happy with my entire experience.
