5 Stars I cannot say enough wonderful things about Matthew Melsheimer and the entire team at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington. I have been part of the Fort Washington Mercedes family since 2016, and throughout the years they have consistently treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Matt put an incredible amount of time, effort, patience, and care into helping me get into my new car. I had a personal snag in the road along the way, and instead of making me feel pressured or discouraged, they worked with me every step of the process. That loyalty and support meant more than I can say. This dealership truly understands relationships and customer care, and that is exactly why they have won me over as a lifelong loyal customer. Thank you, Matt, for going above and beyond. It has always been such a pleasure working with you and the Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington team. More

Despite this dealership being much further than my regular Mercedes dealer, I won't go anywhere else for sales or service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. More
