While we weren’t ready to immediately decide on making a deal, I followed up with Marc later that night for a price quote. We then closed the deal the next day including a favorable trade offer for my XC90. Picking up our new XC60 was a smooth process with Marc again taking time to review many of the new technology and operating features compared to our XC90. All I can say is this is the best Volvo dealer around I come all the way from nj to work with these wonderful people. They make leasing or buying a new Volvo the best experience possible. They even delivered my car the whole transition was seamless and relaxed. Marc Handelsman was the best salesman and he really cared about me and my budget and got me into the car I wanted for the right price. He gave me a goodie bag for my car with all Volvo things which was so thoughtful. I really enjoyed working with Marc and will in the future again. This is not my first Volvo from Faulkner and I hope it won't be my last. Call Marc trust me he will make you feel relaxed and make the whole experience easy. I want to also thank Matt in finance he is great he was my first salesman last car and now he's switched over to finance great person. Then let's do a shout-out to Mark in service incredible follow up after car delivery he told me he was there for me anytime I needed anything and he was upbeat and willing to help in anyway he could he called me twice after delivery to make sure I was truly happy.
