I was very pleased with the customer service and low pressure sales at Capital GMC. The sales rep I purchased through was named Maulik and the finance rep was Marc. I also met a few other great people and I did not feel pressured at all. I was impressed with Maulik's knowledge of the features on my new vehicle. I purchased a used Hyundai that I saw online and since it was being sold at a GMC dealer, I did not expect the salesman to be so knowledgeable about the options on it.
