I have been here at Westside VW for 13 years and I think it is an awesome place to work! The majority of our team has been in place for quite some time and it makes each day fun and exciting. If not for our relaxed approach, beautiful facility and strong sales/service team, I would not have had the success I have had over the years. The majority of my business is repeat customers and referral business due to my ability to listen to a customers wants and needs and then finding the perfect car for them. Maura was an excellent salesperson, professional, knowledgeable and no pressure. I had looked at the ID Buzz a few weeks earlier, but did not pursue it. Eventually VW renewed their manufacturer incen knowledgeable and no pressure. I had looked at the ID Buzz a few weeks earlier, but did not pursue it. Eventually VW renewed their manufacturer incentives and Maura was able to secure a competitive deal (with my trade-in) versus another local dealer. Joe the Sales Manager and Emily in Finance were also friendly and professional. Maura also tracked down some items I had forgotten in my trade-in and found some accessories that were accidentally misplaced in the Buzz. This was one of only two new xxxxxxPlus AWD two-tone leftbin the nation, so I was pleased to get it. More

Maura found a used car for me that met almost all of my criteria and spent a lot of time in the car with me helping me to feel acquainted with it. She is still looking into how I can cancel one of the ame criteria and spent a lot of time in the car with me helping me to feel acquainted with it.
