It had been a long time since I purchased a car and the experience was not a good one previously. I remembered the haggling & promises -ugh - horrible. Maurice never disappeared during the process and made me feel comfortable about my choice. Lenny in Finance was equally as professional! He explained all the options but at no time did I feel pressured or obligated to purchase any additional feature. He made the financial paperwork quick & understandable.
