One thing that stood out the most, is that the dealership was family friendly. They had a playroom that was sanities and equipped for our children, not many dealerships have that.. especially during a pandem was family friendly. I picked out a car and made a deal. When I went to pick it up the wrong car was brought up for me and the one I had made the deal on was not ready as it had a tear in the bumper.
