Fairly disappointing visit. I had a deal with Kia to pick up a new car. When I turned down the new offer the Kia Floor Manager Keith Lopes told me I couldn't get my deposit money back due to "location fees" and its all on the level because of the "State Attorney General says so". Almost criminal in my view that they would hold my money hostage when its Kia who breached the contract. If anything I should've received a better deal but instead they refused, rather arrogantly, to give me back my deposit money.
