They listen to your concerns although not always getting an answer for you in a reasonable amount of time. I have asked about a problem with a rim repeatedly & I still don’t have an answer. My last visit I an answer for you in a reasonable amount of time. I have asked about a problem with a rim repeatedly & I still don’t have an answer. My last visit I was told the ticking noise is normal, it makes my Telluride sound like one of the older cars that I expected the noise from because of their age . They said to come back if it got worse or any problems. Because of the long waits for service & the lack of loner cars , I hope this problem doesn’t get worse. The staff seems to do the best they can within what they have to work with. They are always polite & professional. More
