Max took care of making sure everything was ready the day I came up and Dave took care of the rest. My only regret is not being able to meet Max in person. She was off when we went to get the Jeep. I had never been to the dealership before. I found them by fate on Google. Max sent me so much information about the Jeep, including detailed pictures, and is because of her I felt confident about making the purchase of our new Jeep without seeing it in person or driving it. I stopped in for a simple inspection on my old Jeep and somehow drove home in a new-to-me 2022 Gladiator. I had been buying cars at Lakeland Dodge for the last 20 years. I had NO idea that a few years ago they had been bought by new ownership and were now Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram of Greenville. So I was a little years. I had NO idea that a few years ago they had been bought by new ownership and were now Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram of Greenville. So I was a little nervous as I talked about my history with previous ownership and how well they took care of me. Enter Maxine (Max) Bookamer! Even without any past history with the staff there, she completely made me feel valued like they were the ones that had been serving me for the last 20 years. Any question I had, and I ask a LOT of questions, she would answer or let me know she would get the answer for me. As I was trying to decide on vehicles, I made her go on multiple test drives with me. It included multiple days of test drives, and multiple locations. Side note, she’s a great tour guide of Conneaut Lake! And as I was deciding on a vehicle, she was so in tune with my preferences, that she knew what vehicle was my best fit. She didn’t try to upsell me or talk me into another vehicle. She made sure I got the vehicle that was the right fit for me😊 Throughout the whole process she was SO good in the timeliness and thoroughness of her communications! And like I said before, she did a great job of making me feel like a valued customer, even though it was my first time working with her. But I can promise you it won’t be the last!
