Great Experience My lease was ending with another dealer and I was looking around for a new one. I was checking out the IS 300 F Sport and went in to get more informat My lease was ending with another dealer and I was looking around for a new one. I was checking out the IS 300 F Sport and went in to get more information and test drive it. Enjoyed the vehicle and there was no pressure to buy or lease anything. Meghan was my sales person and she gave me the information I sought and was helpful when I decided to move forward. She worked with my schedule as it's hard for me to get there during the week before they close. I really appreciated all the help and answering of my questions throughout the whole process. I’m thoroughly satisfied with my new vehicle , the updated features and its performance. I honestly can’t think of any other car that compares at this level of quality and service! The icing on the cake, was the impeccable customer service and friendliness that was shown by your Sales Associate Meghan Ahrens. Her attention to my needs and wants for my new vehicle made the whole experience headache free. There were a couple of hiccups along the way that we’re totally out of her control. However, Meghan was able to resolve any issues that occurred in the most efficient worry-free way. I loved how honest and informative Meghan was, she was very knowledgeable of the Lexus brand and eager to help at any capacity in addressing any of my concerns or reservations with purchasing a new vehicle.
