Meghan Berry

I had an appointment with Meghan at 9:30. I ended up being passed from her to another person then to another person and I could tell he was . Every one was very busy with another customer, so I ended up being passed from her to another person then to another person and I could tell he was . Every one was very busy with another customer, so I got passed off. I must admit, though Nathan stayed with me showing me different things on the car. He wasn't impatient. He didn't shift foot to foot because he was waiting in the hot sun. I even apologized and he said don't worry about it take my time. The new car has many features and I was grateful to him. More

The odyssey has damage and I did not receive my car after signing paperwork. The van had to be delivered and was damaged and tank not filled up. Now I have to take it back to have Honda repair the vehicle. P signing paperwork. The van had to be delivered and was damaged and tank not filled up. We have not purchased a car since 2018. We were not looking forward to it and kept putting it off. We saw a vehicle at Corwin that we liked and decided to take a look. Loved it. Meghan and Dylan walked through everything with us and made the experience delightful! Ali, in the service department was a treat, as the car was gone over inside snd out and we left feeling like we had been well taken care of. Thank you. We appreciate you. More

It was very nice, no pressure. Everyone was professional and it didn't take forever I'd rate the finance guy a 5 as well. Everyone was professional and it didn't take forever I'd rate the finance guy a 5 as well. More

Meghan was on time, friendly, and used a 'no pressure', laid back, matter of fact attitude. THIS is what sells cars for us! This is our 4th child that we have purchased a car for and Meghan was amazing! Everything was simple and easy, which is not how it typically is when buying a car! Highly recommend Corwin Honda and working with Meghan Berry! More

I was there almost five hours which is far too long. They gave the wrong information about the car. Meghan was distracted trying to juggle multiple clients. The finance person Dylan was the worst part. Talking really fast. Not explaining what he did and why. Having me sign a tablet without showing me how to dive into the menu to see what I was signing. Didn't ask if I wanted warranties just signed me up for multiple types and pushed the financing terms out years so I was less likely to notice. I should have forced him to print everything and read it all slowly so that's on me but he intentionally capitalized on how tired and hungry I was after 5 hours of nonsense. I went back later and cancelled as many warranties and add ons as I could because if I'd understood what he was doing I wouldn't have agreed to them. However two could not be cancelled which cost me over $2200. I signed it. My fault. But he presented it in such a way that made it seem routine not add on stuff. Legal? Maybe. Ethical? No. Next year I need to buy two cars for my teenagers. I will not be returning to Corwin. I've bought over 20 cars from dealers and it was by far one of the worst experiences. More
