Rating; the Sales Rep. My experience was primarily with the sales rep. And what an experience it was. I don't know any one that wants to go through a car buying experience My experience was primarily with the sales rep. And what an experience it was. I don't know any one that wants to go through a car buying experience, but of course we have to do that sometimes. In this case it was an exceptional experience..all good. The Honda representative was named Mke Lacy. He was calm, cool and collected. He was direct, did not skirt issues, seemed to know what he could commit to and what he couldn't.. There was no high pressure. He seemed to have the respect andd support of his co-workers. The entire process took about 3 hours, mostly because I was not completely prepared. The Paperwork and final arrangements also went well. they simply kept their work and treated me with fairness and respect. that's quite a change from what I have encountered in past cars acquisitions. Lies by the basketfull Negotiated a Honda Accord that included Tax, Title, and License for $29,985 in the sales rep. After getting into Finance department found they did n Negotiated a Honda Accord that included Tax, Title, and License for $29,985 in the sales rep. After getting into Finance department found they did not include the Tax, Title, and license which added another $4000 to the bottom line. Also We ordered the Honda care Extended Warranty and was told it was not a 3rd party extended warranty. I found out after signing the contract it was actually AWS extended warranty after calling Honda Care they said all we had was a service contract for oil changes sand service. Do not trust one word these people tell you, and read the finance contract several times before signing as they will say one thing sand write on the contract something else. Beware of this dealership as it by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. More

SOLD US A PREVIOUSLY TOTALED CAR WITHOUT DISCLOSING ON CARFA X. Was even a "Certified Pre Owned". We just went in to trade in our old accord for a new one. Surprisingly the other honda dealer showed us a Carfax X. Was even a "Certified Pre Owned". We just went in to trade in our old accord for a new one. Surprisingly the other honda dealer showed us a Carfax report that stated this vehicle was a Total Loss in 2009, before we bought it, and only started reporting it in 2013 after we bought it! It did NOT show up as a Total Loss on the Carfax when we bought it used from this Superstition Honda dealer. This was even a Certified Pre Owned and they did not disclose this or show it on the CarFax! The air bags are stated to have deployed and major damage needing towning from the 2009 accident. If trust and safety are your concern, AVOID! We are in contact with the Better Business Bureau and other certain parties about this. More

Daniel and Dealership are Amazing Called Daniel on phone told him what I wanted and what options. We discussed what I wanted to spend and the deal. He had a great can do spirit was very welcoming and assured me what he could do. We literally did everything via phone. I went to dealership to get car and was out if there surprise free in less than an hour. He was so easy and professional as was the fiance department. The car was ready and waiting my arrival !! This place will see me many times again as we have told all of our friends this place rocks the 2016 Civic Coupe is beautiful and great fun to drive!! Thank you Daniel More

Kind, curteous, fantastic service! New car experience. We just purchased our 4th Honda Pilot from Superstition Springs Honda. Our salesman was helpful and on top of the transaction. Financing takes a lot We just purchased our 4th Honda Pilot from Superstition Springs Honda. Our salesman was helpful and on top of the transaction. Financing takes a lot of paper but we were out of there in record time thanks to the staff member who handled this. We had a few items we wanted to add to the vehicle. Our salesman was able to tell us the parts were available and we would receive a call to schedule the appointment. Our parts contact set a date and time and let us know how long it would take to complete the work. All 4 of our buying experiences were handled to our satisfaction. Every service call to the dealership for these 4 cars went according to schedule and all work was completed during the appointment. More

Non confrontational and best price! They din't have tje car we wamted on the lot but the salesman Mike was smaart enough to have us try a model that would look and drive the same. While we were on the test drive his office was location the exact model and color we wanted.When we got back we made the deal and picked up our new car the next morning early. CJ was the best car salesman ever. We went to the Superstition Honda after going through the Costco car buying program. CJ wasn't pushy and gave us the space to make the right decisions for our automobile needs. I would recommend CJ to anyone that is looking to buy a car. More
