The post sales experience was less than stellar. No one contacted me for the permaplate treatment I purchased (I had to contact the dealer multiple times to try and get it scheduled) and they didn’t No one contacted me for the permaplate treatment I purchased (I had to contact the dealer multiple times to try and get it scheduled) and they didn’t provide me with the warranty document until I asked for it (after the treatment was done). And the most frustrating was the dealership ordered new plates and and made me pay for new registration even though the car had plates that didn’t expire until 9/25…the new plates expire in ‘24. So I paid for something I didn’t need and am getting less. I was told I can talk to the sales manager but there is nothing that can be done to make it right. Also, it is very hard to get people to call you back. The car I purchased is having a fluid leak and it took multiple calls to get someone in service to talk to me about it; and it took many hours to get finance to call me back. More
