I felt like I was misled. Norm my Salesman was very nice and professional. I have no complaints about him. I paid cash and drove my 2017 Cayenne home. I was told the car had a heated steering wheel - it doe and professional. I have no complaints about him. I paid cash and drove my 2017 Cayenne home. I was told the car had a heated steering wheel - it does not. I was told that one could be added by Porsche - it can’t. The next day the check engine light came on. Norm made an appointment for me to bring it to service but when I got there I was told it had to go to Porsche. The Porsche dealer came to my house and brought me a Loaner. Once in the shop, it was discovered that the water pump was leaking. I am livid that I was sent home in a vehicle I paid 52k for and it had a bad water pump and electrical issues! This is unacceptable. More

I came in because my used car had not been adequately detailed before turned over to me to drive off the lot. The service department did not take responsibility for it and suggested charging me and then detailed before turned over to me to drive off the lot.
