I felt like I was misled. Norm my Salesman was very nice and professional. I have no complaints about him. I paid cash and drove my 2017 Cayenne home. I was told the car had a heated steering wheel - it does not. I was told that one could be added by Porsche - it can’t. The next day the check engine light came on. Norm made an appointment for me to bring it to service but when I got there I was told it had to go to Porsche. The Porsche dealer came to my house and brought me a Loaner. Once in the shop, it was discovered that the water pump was leaking. I am livid that I was sent home in a vehicle I paid 52k for and it had a bad water pump and electrical issues! This is unacceptable. More
