Great Service times 4 - The Best Dealership in Texas!! I have a great experience every time I visit Pat Lobb Toyota. I have had the opportunity to purchase my 4th vehicle with them this past weekend. Ju I have a great experience every time I visit Pat Lobb Toyota. I have had the opportunity to purchase my 4th vehicle with them this past weekend. Justin Venteicher was my salesman the first 3 times and although he has moved to the Marketing Dept he still made time to assist in my 4th purchase. Justin is the "BEST!!!" He always put me first as a customer and that is why I keep coming back. For my 4th vehicle, he introduced me to Mel Williams. Mel was just great in assisting with my purchase. Both men took their time with me and never tried to rush me. Once Justin departed Mel took over and treated me as top priority. Pat Lobb should be so proud to have them. I must not forget the Service Manager, John. He is an asset to the company as well. They all make a great team. More

A lot of work on my part. Very little on theirs. I got a car through the Uber program and dealt with the only dealer and only salesperson that handled Uber, Mel. When I first contacted him, he was ni I got a car through the Uber program and dealt with the only dealer and only salesperson that handled Uber, Mel. When I first contacted him, he was nice but not particularly helpful. Each successive time that I tried to contact him, he was harder and harder to get on the phone. I had to call multiple times per day to get him to return my calls. Once I got in touch with him, things went fairly smoothly if not quickly. I initially wanted a Prius V with the technology package. To say that Mel was unresponsive was kind. I found one in San Antonio that had what I wanted and told him as much but he was very dismissive and not interested. The next time I heard from him, he wouldn't be able to get it in black and I would have to choose another color, all the while strongly trying to convince me to not get the technology package. He continually tried to make me think it was a lot of work to find what I wanted. I came to the dealership (from Arlington, almost an hour's drive) and test drove a Prius V in the color I'd decided on without the technology package. I ended up getting that car because I liked it well enough and decided to not spend the extra $5k on the technology package. When I cam the next day to pick up the car, I'd been told it was freshly cleaned and ready to go. All they did was move it to a different spot and left all the dirt and dust that were there when I test drove it. I traded in a vehicle for down payment on my lease and they were going to cut me a check for the difference. No problem, or so I was led to believe. They received payment last Friday from Santander Finance but I was told today (Monday) that it would be "another couple of days" before someone can enter the information into the system and cut me a check. It really takes that long for someone to do that? I was extremely upset about having to wait longer for no good reason and just got a phone call from Mel saying that my check was ready (Monday afternoon). While the end result was there, I had to fight to get response. I shouldn't have to fight someone to get them to take my money, or get a check that was promised to me. More

Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney has apparently figured out that by selling a superior product with superior salesmen, closing the deal with superior financing officers, and maintaining the product with superior advisors and technicians that customers will soon realize that this is the place to do business for years to come. I've purchased several vehicles from this dealership since it opened and have enjoyed every experience. It's nice to walk in the doors and be greeted by employees that know me, or greeted by employees that recognize me: as a valued customer. I'd say that I've developed a meaningful relationship that I have experienced nowhere else! More

Mel Williams is great to work with. I was able to tell him what I wanted in a new car and he listened, rare in the auto business at other dealers. I have Bought 3 cars and 2 Trucks from Pat Lobb, NEVER again. they lied to me 3 different times, they told me we will do all we can to please you. Is that by charging you full price and adding more on top again. they lied to me 3 different times, they told me we will do all we can to please you. They told me the Tundra 4.6 had the same suspension as my old 5.7, I asked that question a few times its a big deal to me same answer "yes it the same suspension don't worry about it" NO ITS NOT, found that out After I bought the Tundra. then they said we will add a sway bar in the back for "OUR COST" $400 I called another dealership and they would put it on for $380 over the phone quote. I can buy the sway bar for $207 so they comeback with $256 our "our cost". they should have put it on for FREE for lying to me in the first place. Run from Pat Lobb Toyota More

We were in need of a replacement vehicle for one lost in a non-injury accident. I called Mel and when we arrived at the dealership he had selected five vehicles for us to examine based on our earlier conve a non-injury accident. Within an hour of our decision we on our way with our vehicle. The entire experience was less than three hours and most of that time was our decision making process. At no time did we feel any pressure to hurry or to buy, unlike we had experienced at other local dealerships.. This is our third vehicle purchased from Pat Lobb and I can think of no reason not to return there next time. Excellant service and great employees in all sectors of the business. More
