With three years of experience in the automotive industry, I have developed a strong foundation across various departments. I began my career in the BDC (Business Development Center), where I honed my communication and customer service skills. After some time in this role, I transitioned into sales, where I spent the next three years building relationships and driving results. Currently, I am working in the service department, expanding my knowledge of vehicle maintenance and customer care. Throughout my journey, I have been guided by the trust and support of my peers and managers, my career with Hawk has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally.
