The service was fast and efficient, but the pricing was absolutely outrageous. This vehicle was in this shop 10 days ago with a similar issue. The diagnosis was a faulty spark plug and associated coil. The absolutely outrageous. This vehicle was in this shop 10 days ago with a similar issue. The diagnosis was a faulty spark plug and associated coil. The charge for repair was $775, The problem occurred again this week. With a repair charge for the remaining 5 cylinders over $1,400. That is absurd on 2 counts. First, the entire repair could have been completed on the initial visit. Total cost for premium parts at NAPA would be approximately $40 per spark coil and $10 per spark plug. I as a novice mechanic could easily complete the repair in less than 2 hours of labor at an estimated charge of $150 per hour. The only reason we chose your service is for expediency and convenience because I live in Pensacola and my son needed the car for school and work. You should be ashamed of yourselves for such robbery. I will report this situation to the Better Business Bureau. More
