A really unprofessional and unpleasant experience, I got told by Melissa that a car was still available, once I came in , Austin said it wasn't available after asking me so many questions. All I wanted was told by Melissa that a car was still available, once I came in , Austin said it wasn't available after asking me so many questions. All I wanted was to test drive and see the car. Really shady , classic bait and switch tactic. Didn't even give me a heads up that the car was "gone". Melissa and Austin were completely unprofessional. More
