I purchased a 2011 Chevy Equinox from Jeff O’Dell at Auto Park CJDR in July of 2023. My first SUV! I have been very happy with it ever since. A few months after purchasing my vehicle I had to have knee repla Park CJDR in July of 2023. My first SUV! I have been very happy with it ever since. A few months after purchasing my vehicle I had to have knee replacement surgery & I was not driving for a couple of weeks. While recovering from surgery I was in my garage & noticed a huge dent in front of the passenger side door! Someone must have opened the door of their big truck into my vehicle while I was at Walmart! I was just sick about it! The one good thing, the paint was not broken! I went to see Jeff when I was able to drive & he referred me to the body guy they used. I knew it would be an expensive fix and just never got around to fixing it. Today, I was at Auto Park CJDR for a battery brake pads & rotors. I was in the waiting area when Jeff walked in. We chatted and were catching up when I asked him the name of the body guy as I could not remember his name. He said they had a new Dent Guy who came into the dealership on Tuesdays and he would get me his name. It just so happened Jon, the Dent Guy came in with Jeff’s Boss while we’re talking. Jeff left and I went back to waiting for the repairs on my vehicle to be completed. Jeff returned to the waiting area with Jennifer, the Service Consultant who updated me about my battery. Jennifer told me my battery was at about half life, so I agreed to go ahead and replace it. Then, Jeff out of nowhere asked me when my birthday was…I said “October 10th, why?” Jeff said “Happy Birthday! My Boss said we could gift you the repair of the dent on your vehicle while Jon the Dent Guy is here!” I was shocked & stood up grabbed Jeff & hugged him saying “thank you, thank you Jeff so much!” I was so happy and could not believe how I was blessed & the kindness they showed me! Jeff left and I thought, “I have to get the name of Jeff’s Boss.” I went on the Auto Park CJDR website & found all the Staff names. The General Sales Manager was Dan Blodgett. I thought, “I have to thank this man for approving Jeff’s request to fix the dent in my vehicle!” That is probably the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me! Jennifer came back in to tell me my vehicle was ready. I ran into Melissa on the way to the check out desk & we chatted. Jennifer was working on checking me out & I was really excited that I had a new battery, new pads & rotors & a dent free car…well, Mr. Blodgett walked into the entrance to the checkout area & I thought, “this is my chance to thank him!” So I walked up to him and said “Mr. Blodgett, thank you for accommodating Jeff’s request to pull the dent in my car. I can’t tell you how much it means to me!” I went on to tell him how the dent came about & I didn’t have the money to fix it. Mr. Blodgett said, “it is such a nice vehicle to have that big dent, we needed to fit it!” So, that was my experience today and I could not be happier! It really did feel like it was my birthday getting that dent pulled! Everyone at Auto Park CJDR is so friendly & professional. I have worked with Jennifer & Melissa, many times, calling to ask questions & they are always helpful & knowledgeable! And I have to give a shout out to Christian who did all the dirty work…& made recommendations for my next visit. And last but not least, thank you again to Mr. Blodgett! This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Jeff & Auto Park CJDR. As a consumer, I feel it is important to be able to trust the professionals we deal with in important matters like our vehicles. I trust Jeff & value his integrity, as well as all the other people who work there. I believe that is what why I keep going back to Auto Park CJDR. More
