Good experience, work was done well, and they had a loaner vehicle so I could continue with my work day. Only issue was that they didn't finish putting the car back together. They did some work under loaner vehicle so I could continue with my work day. Only issue was that they didn't finish putting the car back together. They did some work under the car and had to unplug the hybrid battery pack in the cabin of the car. When I got home I realized they didn't put the inside back together. I was able to do it and didn't have to go back to service, but overall good experience. More
