For the second time in a row I was charged for service that wasn’t performed. Technician admitted it once he was confronted. Unprofessional behavior from the service advisor on handling it. Received call that wasn’t performed. Technician admitted it once he was confronted. Unprofessional behavior from the service advisor on handling it. Received call from Service manager 2 days later. Wanted to offer me a free service in another 5k miles but will never be bringing my vehicle back there. Shame on them for running a shady/fraudulent shop and for it to happen 2 times. Complaint filed with Nissan Consumer Affairs at the corporate level. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. who knows how many people have been scammed. More
