On our way out west, our F150 transmission began to have trouble. The next exit was for Fulton, MS, the home of Davis Ford. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. One of the technicians dropped what he was doing and reset the code and put the vehicle through a driving test. That seemed to correct the problem. They gave us peace of mind to continue the trip, which we did. The entire experience was positive and we felt like we mattered. I will probably buy my next truck from Davis because of the experience, even though I live in SC! It feels good to be so far from home and receive customer service that makes you feel cared for.
