I didn't work with Steve but the process was easy. The car was delivered to me, which was helpful, although I'm not sure if I paid for this service or not. The car was delivered with less than 1/2 a t The car was delivered to me, which was helpful, although I'm not sure if I paid for this service or not. The car was delivered with less than 1/2 a tank of gas and was not clean at all. There were crumbs in the cup holders and some sort of animal hair throughout the car. It also had a not so great smell to it, so much so that I stopped on the way home to get an air freshener. The gentleman that delivered was very nice and right on time where I asked him to meet me. I don't want to say that I wouldn't recommend the dealership but overall, I didn't think they went over and above earning my business. More
