I contacted the dealership and spoke with Michael Lombrozo about a vehicle listed on their website for $73,000. I met with Michael in person and sat down in his office to go over the details. I wa Lombrozo about a vehicle listed on their website for $73,000. I met with Michael in person and sat down in his office to go over the details. I was then informed that the actual price of the vehicle was $78,800, and the $73,000 listing was a mistake, allegedly reflecting what they had received for the vehicle in on trade. This is when Melvin Pichardo, who introduced himself as the manager, stepped in. He acknowledged the online price was lower but explained he couldn’t sell it for that amount because the dealership wouldn’t turn a profit. After speaking with the vehicle's previous owner, I learned the dealership had paid less than $70,000 for it. The pricing discrepancy gave the whole situation a feel of a classic bait-and-switch. Update: The vehicle currently sits unsold for over 10 days at the dealership and has been reduced $2,000 since my visit. More
