I purchased a Camaro for my 17 year old first car. Memet provided outstanding service and has a nice personality. However the customer service is horrible and they are rude. I called concerning my Memet provided outstanding service and has a nice personality. However the customer service is horrible and they are rude. I called concerning my plates because they expire tomorrow and was advised to drive with the expired temporary plates, I will be alright. The female advised me that no one is working today to help me. I can drive on Wednesday with expired tags Checking with Motor vehicle that statement is a lie. Temporary plate is issued for 30 days after the expiration date you can be stopped by the Police and issued issued a summons. I called the dealership again hoping to get someone on the phone that isn't nasty and rude and attempts to help the customers and unfortunately was transferred to her again, she advised me to drive on the expired temporary again. I can not load the recording here, she was very rude and nasty. I am looking for a winter car/truck for her. I will never buy here again. If Memet changes dealership I will purchase from him again, but not at Bell Mitsubishi in Rahway. Horrible customer service. More
