This is our 5th family car plus one friend we brought to Bell Mitsubishi. Every deal has been great. The Staff at Bell, including our Salesperson, Memet, our "financial guy" Tom Pasquele, and Neal who has been with us since our very first Outlander from Bell, are always welcoming, kind, respectful of our auto wants & needs. They always make us feel that they care more about us than the deal. We have never left Bell without buying or leasing a vehicle. For the first time we bought the vehicle we were leasing. Memet and Tom made the deal easy to do. Deals at Bell take HALF the time it took us at other dealerships in the past. Tom worked on getting us a better interest rate while caring about protecting our credit score! Bell never pushed us to buy add-ons we didn't need or want while making sure our vehicle would be protected in the future! In the future, we WILL return to Bell and bring our family and friends! More

Surprised about hidden dealer fees, seems disingenuous to me be wary of any published pricing as it quickly escalates with 'dealer prep' additional fees, whether you want these additional products or not you me be wary of any published pricing as it quickly escalates with 'dealer prep' additional fees, whether you want these additional products or not you get them installed on the vehicle and have to pay it or simply walk out which is what we did.
