Communication overall was awful. I was initially given a $1500ish price tag to replace all 4 of my tires when I came in with a single flat and told it would be a few days before they could even look at it a $1500ish price tag to replace all 4 of my tires when I came in with a single flat and told it would be a few days before they could even look at it and then order a new tire as mine was not in stock and also they don’t have any loaners. I told them I just wanted the one replaced and was told that the tread on the other was below standard. I told the service agent that seems unlikely as the tires only have a little over 15k miles and we’re rotated about a month ago. After numerous calls and demanding to talk to the service supervisor, I got a call back advising me that they had read my tire tread incorrectly because of a broken piece of equipment and that I only needed the one tire replaced. Also after being told that my tire was not in stock, I was then told they had one in stock. The entire process was maddening except for the one agent who helped me figure this out and that was a woman, I think her name was Sydney? She deserves all the kudos. Review update: 09/21/2021 The GM of service contacted me directly. Apologized and said they would be using this as a teaching moment. Offered me a detailing to help make up for the experience. As such I have raised my review of this place. As long as they keep up on they’re promise of doing better, I’ll be getting my service done here. Thanks again to Sydney for saving this situation. More
