Upgrade I had scheduled a oil change on my way to work, when I arrived I was met by Mike Brooks sales associate. He wanted to show off the new 2018 Outback. After seeing the new features on the 2018, I was impressed, I like the new radio system and all that had to offer. So I decided to upgrade . Mike showed me the paperwork, it was such a easy transition. It was just a change in paperwork! I went back 2 days later and picked up my new 2018 Outback, i didn't even change color white! Mike Brooks was great, this was the 3rd Subaru I had purchased from Clay Subaru. I can say the easiest. They are true professionals and make your experience comfortable. Treated with respect I don't have a lot of experience with car dealers and was dreading interacting with the stereotypical salesman. What I did experience was friendly, courteous salesman who treated me with respect and recognized that I had more than 1 brain cell firing simultaneously. I related what I was looking for and was offered several options to consider. Price was very important to me and the salesman and finance dept personnel took a lot of time to work the numbers and explain each figure until I was comfortable understanding what was being offered and why. I felt confident that I was getting a great vehicle at a very fair price. I also felt that going forward, I have a competent dealership to take care of repairs and maintenance, which will keep my new vehicle running for a long long long time. More

Mike, my salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with all my questions; first car salesmen I've met that is truly genuine and informative (without being condescending), he even made the whole thing fun! I never felt a "hard sell" or the old "bait and switch" you get at some dealers. I've had some bad experiences buying a car esp being a woman. Mike was respectful, courteous and helpful in my search. The initial car I was looking at had sold (President's wkend) so Mike showed me many options, trims, and price points. During the finance/paperwork process (the part I hate the most!) Joe was fantastic! He took the time to explain each item, went above and beyond to research my options & make recommendations without the hard sell. And despite him being really sick that day he still made it all quick and easy, I walked out of there very happy and love my new Subaru! Thanks guys!! More
