Dishonest, did body damage to my car, replaced parts that didn't need replacing. Took the car in for a recall, drove it there, I was told the car didn't have the codes for replacement of defective part but a didn't need replacing. They installed the new parts then I'm told by the service department it won't drive at all, I need a different part, an $850 part. Let them install the part since I could no longer drive the car. I was told parts and labor would be around $2100 when I finally was able to get the car it cost me right at $2500. Small parts fell off the car on the way home as some splash guards and under carriage parts were not properly installed. Upon further inspection at home I found dents in the cabin part of the car, dents on one door, scratches and loose bolts. I also found that the part covered by the recall had been installed after I was told I didn't need it and according to Fords own web page it was the part needed to correct the problem I was having. In my opinion they are not honest More
