Dan , Brian, Mike, Vanessa, Steve, … all touched this sale. I walked in, knowing Brian from my last purchase, I purchased 2 vehicles. He built that relationship a long time ago. However; this particular transaction had some hiccups but let me tell you, It’s not how it gets to be a kerfuffle, it’s how you get it right.
