I recently visited the service center with a nail in my tire, expecting a quick inspection and some assistance. When I arrived, two service advisors were sitting at their desks, but neither acknowledged me tire, expecting a quick inspection and some assistance. When I arrived, two service advisors were sitting at their desks, but neither acknowledged me. I stood there for nearly 10 minutes without any greeting or offer to help. It wasn’t until the valet approached me and kindly asked if I needed assistance that I received any attention. I explained the issue, and he sprayed the tire with soapy water to confirm the leak. He then informed me that they don’t plug tires there. Wanting to confirm this, I went back inside and attempted to speak with a service advisor only to be ignored again. When I politely asked if someone could help, one of them responded, "Yeah, someone will help you," without even looking up from his phone. When I asked directly if they could fix the tire, he simply said “No.” I ended up leaving and plugging the tire myself. This is not the level of customer service I expected, especially after purchasing my vehicle from this dealership less than a year ago. There was a complete lack of professionalism and regard for the customer experience. More

Went in for an electrical issue and they told me that I needed a brand new alternator. The story did not add up because my car was checked by another dealer who said my alternator was fine And was per needed a brand new alternator. The story did not add up because my car was checked by another dealer who said my alternator was fine And was performing at normal levels. The battery connections needed to be cleaned hence the issue arose. The car is in perfect condition and performing well. Obviously Huntington Honda charges client for issues that does not exist. This is extremely deceptive. More

After bringing my HONDA to Huntington HONDA since I bought it there brand new, I found out my vehicle was being tampered with in order for the service department to get more money! I was experiencing writing you to let you know just how grateful I am to have found an auto repair shop that I feel I can trust with my repairs. I was experiencing issues with my 2015 Honda Accord and I took it to your service department at Huntington Honda on 7/16/22. The service I received was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Your staff provided me with high quality auto repair with integrity, honesty, and excellent customer service especially from the advisor Michael Canale.
