This is the the 4th vehicle we have bought from Donaldson out of 6 Subaru. The second was from a dealer out of state that was a honorable dealer (unlike several others we tried on Long Island) and we were ve out of 6 Subaru. When it came to service for that Outback, Donaldson was recommended by several sources and were proven to be true when problems beyond anyone’s control happened. Donaldson had opportunity to run and hide or not help us with these unusual circumstances, they never did, they were determined to make sure we were satisfied. That attitude has never wavered in there service department and earned our trust in the sales department now for the 4th time. Michael is yet another example of the quality of people and the consciousness of the Donaldson family even during these unprecedented times.The price of the car was as listed, we got a fair trade in value , and not forced into any extras that we didn’t want. Fortunately we no longer need to go out of state to get a honest transaction because in our opinion there are no other Subaru dealers on Long Island other than Donaldson. - Michael D. More

This was the best car purchase experience that I’ve ever had. Walked in on Friday to check out the CrossTrek. Loved the car and the customer service by everyone but especially my salesman, Mike Chiofalo. had. Walked in on Friday to check out the CrossTrek.
