Having shopped for used cars for a few weeks for the new driver in our family, we were unable to find a good combination of clean, reliable, safe and value. We test drove a couple of decade old Imprezas w driver in our family, we were unable to find a good combination of clean, reliable, safe and value. We test drove a couple of decade old Imprezas with well over 100k miles on each and more than half the price of brand new but, we could tell they were high quality cars. We stopped by Donaldson Subaru in Sayville NY to inquire about a new one. We were eagerly greeted by Michael (I could tell he was smiling under his mask) who was welcoming and ready to take good care of us. We hit it off, he treated us like were were long time friends. No nonsense pricing eliminated the need for negotiation and we found excellent value in a new Subaru vs used ones. Michael took excellent care of us through the entire process. Others (I do know their names) who we spoke with and worked with on the purchase were very helpful and friendly. You can tell the dealership has a superior management team as everyone who works there are friendly and extremely courteous. The car was prepped perfectly, spotlessly clean and ready to go. Our new driver loves his new and most importantly safe new ride. W we will definitely recommend Donaldsons to friends and family and when it comes time for another car, they'll be at the top of our list. More

I was set on one of two cars - Subaru Outback or another Make. Michael Chiofalo was a major deciding factor. They know they have a great product, so they don't have to do any of that old school garbage. He spent as much time as we wanted, not just telling us about the features, but showing us them in a way we could fully understand what we were getting. The finance and purchase piece of this experience was fantastic. Other dealerships have taken HOURS to process this stuff. At Donaldsons it was so quick and easy I was like "You sure that's it???" Thank you Robert Zolyniak for making that so simple! Then Mike spent the time getting us set up in the new car, making sure I knew how to use everything, setting up the driver preferences profile, connecting my phone and helping me use the hands free system to make sure it was working correctly. I can't say enough about it. I knew Donaldsons was a great company, but this went above and beyond. In addition to great service, they do so many community service programs for our local area. I'm happy to brag about having this dealership be mine. More
