I am disappointed with my recent experience at BMW of Pompano. After servicing my BMW 330e, the complimentary wash left noticeable, non-removable stains on all of my wheels. Initially I thought it was ti Pompano. After servicing my BMW 330e, the complimentary wash left noticeable, non-removable stains on all of my wheels. Initially I thought it was tire shine overspray, but it became clear the marks would not come off. I contacted the dealership twice and was told each time that a manager would return my call. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. I usually service my vehicle at Vista BMW Coconut Creek on Lyons Rd and have always had excellent experiences there. Since they were fully booked, I tried this Pompano location for the first time — and unfortunately, I regret that decision. 🚗 I recommend thoroughly inspecting your vehicle before leaving this service department triple check.
