I've just had to many problems with this dealership as a whole. I know people are short handed but when you have no loaner cars for months at a time after needing to keep someone's car for an extended perio whole. I know people are short handed but when you have no loaner cars for months at a time after needing to keep someone's car for an extended period for a FULLY WARRANTIED repair that's not fair. Most recent issue, I had a full engine replacement and now they are possibly suggesting new spark plugs at the next service. How is that possible with 12,000 miles on the new engine? Sadly I have a lack of trust in this location. More

I started out going in for an oil change and of course they did the two recalls. They can never wait to do those. But then they came out and told me I had two issues. One was that I’m going to need new ti they did the two recalls. They can never wait to do those. But then they came out and told me I had two issues. One was that I’m going to need new tires because whoever did my ball joints did the job wrong and my tires wore out because of it. I told them that they’ve done all of my repair work so that if they were done wrong, it must’ve been them who did it incorrectly!! They insisted they hadn’t, but then lo and behold they found out that yes I think it was on my last visit. they had indeed done the ball joints and obviously they had been done wrong. So they corrected it and didn’t charge me for it. Then the service manager decided that oh the tires were just worn naturally it wasn’t because of the ball joints being incorrect, thwy think all women are stupid and no matter what they say we’re gonna go for it and they had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to buy tires! Ah, No thank you! I bought the car there and I’ve had all my repair work done there and this is the thanks I get. I’m sure they were hoping that I didn’t know any better and I would pay for them to fix their mistake and then buy the tires besides! More
