Very disappointed in the follow through and management practices. I had an issue with the parts on my brand new Car that was covered under warranty and it took over 6 trips and countless miles on my car practices. I had an issue with the parts on my brand new Car that was covered under warranty and it took over 6 trips and countless miles on my car to get taken car of. The last time I went the car was left dirty. When I called the GM he literally could have cared less. Mike the service manager is very nice and tired to remedy the situation but it seemed like it just wasn’t a priority and or there was a lack of communication within their team to properly execute timely service. So needless to say I will forfeit the extended warranty and go to another Kia dealership that will care about customer service. More
