I recently got a new Forester and was feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the technology it comes with. Tara was an absolute lifesaver! Her knowledge, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience stress-free and even enjoyable. Thanks to Tara, I now feel confident using all the tech in my new car. Highly recommend her to anyone who needs help getting comfortable with their vehicle’s features! More

Update to my original 5-star review: I initially left a glowing review based on my sales experience. Unfortunately, serious issues emerged after delivery that I feel obligated to share for transparency. a glowing review based on my sales experience. Unfortunately, serious issues emerged after delivery that I feel obligated to share for transparency. The vehicle was advertised and sold as Certified Pre-Owned, but I later learned it was never registered as CPO, despite documentation and an extended warranty being in place. Required CPO inspection paperwork was not provided at delivery, and damage to the rear bumper that existed prior to sale was not disclosed. Additionally, the dealership failed to properly handle interstate title and registration. I provided my license and insurance at purchase and emailed the required Delaware Form 212 a week later. Despite assurances that the title was mailed, the vehicle was never titled in Delaware, two temporary tags expired, and I was left unable to legally drive the car. Repeated attempts to resolve these issues directly with the dealership were unsuccessful, and communication eventually stopped. I have since escalated the matter to Subaru of America. I regret that my experience did not match my initial impression and would advise future buyers to ensure all CPO and title documentation is fully completed and confirmed before taking delivery. More
