Often times, companies will have you fill out personal information just to keep you on standby when they have no leads. I was happy to discover that the information I submitted was actually used to get my pre-approval. I instantly received an email from Mike, thanking me for my inquiry and letting me know that they would be in contact with me soon. I later followed up with Mike who informed me that he received my information and that we could definitely buy. Mike let us know that we needed to bring two pay stubs and a driver's license. We arrived the next day and were instantly greeted by staff, asked for Mike, seated, and given cold water bottles. From there the process was simple! We didn't need to repeat or review much financial information because we had already done so online. Once we chose our vehicle (2019 Kia Sorento) and decided on a comfortable monthly payment, we waited about two additional hours to complete paperwork. The total time was about three hours from start to finish. We have two small children who were getting a bit antsy and Mike suggested that they play in the model vehicle in the lobby, which they loved, and bought us a little more time. Mike was an awesome salesperson. We appreciated his ability to be straight to the point, informative, and efficient. We would most definitely buy from him again! If you're looking to buy from Laurel Kia, ask for Mike Davis! Note: In reviewing the dealership as a whole, we've given 4 out of 5 stars, and not 5, because the experience with the young lady who reviews warranty options and assists with final paperwork was a bit awkward. She was very pushy and presented the warranty options as requirements and not actual options. We know that's likely part of her job requirement but when we declined, we got weird vibes and felt a bit uncomfortable. Nevertheless, 5 out of 5 stars for Mike Davis!! More

I was already pre-qualified with an auto-loan, so this was great. I spoke with several people who've had car buying experiences before and asked tons of questions. I had a pretty good idea of what this experience would be like. A lot of negotiating. Lots, something I had never done before so I got a bit nervous. But I brought along my uncle which helped to subside that feeling. Mike was an awesome car salesman and it was a pleasure working with him. Mike asked me what I wanted and succeeded in finding me a car I was happy with. The price point was a bit over, but nonetheless I am proud to say I have made my first big purchase in life and I'm happy. More
