He helped me work out the deal on my trade-in and went to bat for me to get the best value he could. He genuinely cares about his customers, and that showed even after the sale. Promised refund check, which didn't receive, barely responded to emails. Not impressed. Talked more about nothings instead of the car. Had speakers turned to back, so you wouldn't know it was blown, responded to emails. Not impressed. Talked more about nothings instead of the car. Had to purchase another car which was being sold needing oil changed and had a low tire. All the special treatment and friendliness is all part of the rouse to keep you distracted from what you are actually signing and paying more than you should. More
