Absolutely miserable experience. My salesman was phenomenal but I made the mistake of finalizing my purchase when he was off from work. The Finance Manager Mike was one of the most unprofessional em phenomenal but I made the mistake of finalizing my purchase when he was off from work. The Finance Manager Mike was one of the most unprofessional employees I’ve ever encountered. He was deceptive and lied about pricing after I put down a payment. His attitude was disgusting and he was very sneaky. Said he couldn’t inform of the price change over the phone. He knew I needed a car, knew the distance I travelled and took advantage. My only advice is BE PREPARED TO WALK OUT. DO NOT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE! More
