Highly Recommend Huntington Honda I've been coming to Huntington Honda for 10 years. I just got my new 2017 Honda CRV. Ben Canarick is an awesome sales person and made the whole expe I've been coming to Huntington Honda for 10 years. I just got my new 2017 Honda CRV. Ben Canarick is an awesome sales person and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. He had my best interests at heart and I would highly recommend him. Mike made the finances quick and easy, as he's done for all of my other previous Hondas. Ben has gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and I am!! I love my new CRV!! More

The products he pushed on us ( gap insurance, pre-paid service, tire blowout, etc. ) were clearly meant to prey upon people's fears while they enhanced H Honda's coffers. My only regret is that we did not walk out on him sooner. More

this place is untrustworthy from 12 days after purchase I was in and out of this dealership with electrical problems that I was telling them I thought was being caused by an afte from 12 days after purchase I was in and out of this dealership with electrical problems that I was telling them I thought was being caused by an after market alarm system, Guidepost, installed by them. i was sold batteries constantly told they could find nothing wrong, made after my work day appoinments with guidepoint tech, only there 2 evenings a week, Issues never resolved, If not driven for two days, battery would be drained. I got used to driving with a jump pack in my car, something most people never heard of at that time, When the Takata airbag recall became an issue, my previous issues were brought to the attention of service supervisor. I was told that I had been right all along, he wanted to set up appt. for me with comptroller, but unfortunately all paperwork regarding my sale was archived. I had it all at home. Meeting was set up, offers made to think over. when I called both the comptroller and service manager my messages were not returned, They did get in touch with me when I reported incident to the NYS Attorney General. Then I received a call. Things only got more interesting. More

Horrible Experience The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Michael, the financial guy, charges people for wheel locks that are already on the car--and we ha The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Michael, the financial guy, charges people for wheel locks that are already on the car--and we have pictures of the car before we met with him to prove it. I'm not sure how he gets away with this"scam". He is beyond rude--he made multiple mistakes, and he had an awful attitude. He even put his hand up and shushed me when I tried to explain something about my insurance. I wrote them several emails about the horrible experience, a manager called to tell me the treatment I received was unacceptable (his words), and that he would talk to the general manager--but he never called back! While waiting hours in the showroom, I noticed an enormous difference between how male customers are treated and how female customers are treated in this dealership (talked down to, ignored and even shushed, in my case)--the treatment was far from equal, which is not acceptable. Avoid this dealership! More

They made it easy This is my second purchase from Huntington Honda of NY. They negotiated fairly, even met the lower price I received from Costco Auto buyers program. No high pressure tactics by the salesman, Ben Canarick or the finance representative, Michael Fiorillo. Both of them were very professional. I would highly recommend the dealership and the sales department. More
