It may have been low, but that’s part of negotiating. Instead of making a counteroffer or discussing it with us, the manager bluntly said, “No, thanks for your business,” stood up, and walked away. His tone and behavior made us feel like we were being kicked out. We took our business elsewhere and bought a brand-new 2026 Honda Civic from a dealership where the salespeople treated us respectfully and were willing to negotiate. Their attitude cost them a sale. I came to the dealership because of a ad I saw that said no money down with good pr bad credit or your job is your credit. But anyway when I came the first time I was working with a salesman that didn't talk explain anything almost mute and looked to be around 20 or so so after a while I left because I felt I really wasn't getting any help or info so I came back 2weeks later and they put me back with him again mute ,so I really feel like I didn't get any info on why my down payment was so high after providing my employment all he said was I need what I needed and looked at me nothing else so yea the service sucked should of left when they stuck him with me again but when I do get the money I won't be going back I will go elsewhere like Chevy dealership or Hyundai More
