Best New Car Experience All members of the staff from manager to salesperson to finance agent were outstanding in their attitude, knowledge, help and friendliness. Atmosphere at dealership showroom is calm, warm and inviting. No one harassing you or following you around. We were treated with the utmost dignity and all our inquiries where answered. We had the best salesman, Alan Ross. A true gentleman and Alan posses a wonderful personality and great sense of humor. In spite of how busy the day was when we went to pick up our car, Michael Founds of management, took the time to speak with us and offer his well wishes to us. Anyone who is close by to Contemporary Motors and is in the market for a Mercedes should not think twice about leasing or buying through Contemporary Motors. Hire a Sensitivity Trainer Service staff is unprofessional, referring to patrons as Hon, Dear, and Damsel in Distress, dripping with sarcasm. Condescending, unable to accept acc Service staff is unprofessional, referring to patrons as Hon, Dear, and Damsel in Distress, dripping with sarcasm. Condescending, unable to accept accountability or be transparent (apparently only Mercedes can de-code the car's messaging system), the service staff needs an overhaul, and sensitivity training (I hope supervisors aren't referring to direct reports in this manner-- its an exposure too). A Mercedes C400 with less than 3500 miles, two recalls, and multiple service visits, Its important to trust your service team. And when you don't, it makes a new model like this, worthless and unreliable, as I've experienced. I won't be keeping my Mercedes. After less than 3500 miles, its far too uncomfortable to drive, and high maintenance for me to rely on, and worse, I simply don't believe the car is safe. And safety has to come first. More

Amazing experience Hello, My name is Joseph Zicchino D.D.S. and I would like to share my wonderful experience I had with Contemporary Motor Cars in Little Silver NJ. Hello, My name is Joseph Zicchino D.D.S. and I would like to share my wonderful experience I had with Contemporary Motor Cars in Little Silver NJ. I was having minor issues with my windows not staying up on my 2013 E350 convertible which I had purchased and paid off. While working with Mike Taylor in the service department, he made sure someone would pick my car up at my dental office so that I did not have to be inconvenienced by driving to the dealership. Subsequently, he would drop off an SUV so I can get around with all the snow we had this winter. They replaced mostly all the window components and even called the Mercedes headquarters in Germany to get my soft ware updated at no charge. However, I simply told them I did not feel comfortable parking the car outside in case of snow and rain. Much to my surprise, my salesman, Jon Paciello called me and said that the general manager, Mike Founds authorized a brand new 2015 E 400 at no charge to me. He cited we stand behind our cars and we want you to be happy. I said this is absolutely above and beyond my expectations and you guys have been great to me all along. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone because they truly believe in customer satisfaction. This by far has been one of the most accommodating car dealerships that I have ever dealt with and I truly look forward to working with Contemporary Motor Cars on future purchases.
