Miles Payne is a exceptional Sales Associate. He was put in a not so easy position however, he handled himself and the situation with the utmost professionalism. I called ahead of time ( Tuesday and Wednesday before Thanksgiving)and talked to a Sales Manager about a 2020 Rav4 Limited vehicle and was guaranteed the vehicle and I was quoted a price. When I got there and went to look at the car I was told the vehicle was sold and I that I wanted the 2021 which wasn't accurate. This really put my Sales Associate in a awkward position. To make a long story short, the Dealership honored their word and I received the newer vehicle for what I was originally quoted. More
