He went on further to pressure me that he couldn't reserve the car until I filled out the credit application online. Furthermore, he couldn't tell me if the care came with auto folding mirrors and rear wheal steering. I reached out to the sales manager, Mike, who was very helpful. I also had a very negative experience with Casey in the finance department who stated that these cars (EQS) were very problematic when it came to the screen and the digital technology and went on further to state that he had a friend who had much trouble with the car; hence, I really needed to buy the extended warranty to mitigate these known problems.
