This dealership is horrible. . sold me a brand new 2021 Hyundai Sonata and 3 months in, I had to bring back for repairs. Drove 45 minutes to this dealership yesterday on 5/25/2022 to purchase a vehicle. I went 'on-line' the day before verified TrueCar pricing, and verified with Lewis, and Blake at the dealership. We negotiated a deal, I signed on the line to accept the deal a 'little' over what I wanted but it was 'fair' the Sales Manager also agreed to the deal. The ran my credit, then came back to me and advised me they made a mistake on pricing by $2,000! They could have easily taken off the ridiculous charge of $3,999 for the 'Greenville Protection Package' . I feel they made a mistake on letting me sign, not honoring their end of the deal. They flat out did not honor their end of the deal and should have. I will be taking my business to Bob Stalling Hyundai that does not charge these fees and you should too. More

They were supposed to be dropping them off on Saturday and are now ignoring all communication. We have wrote a letter to send to corporate there has been so many issues. Run! More

Worst Experience Ever We tried to buy a Hyundai Palisade from them. They did have the car we wanted and in the colors we wanted. The Sales Rep Jake was excellent but that We tried to buy a Hyundai Palisade from them. They did have the car we wanted and in the colors we wanted. The Sales Rep Jake was excellent but that was where it ended. The finance person we worked with, Michael Hernandez, first claimed they did not offer the Hyundai direct financing, and that we had to take another offer. Then he insisted we take the extended warranty for $3250 or else he would add it to the price of the car. What is this all about? Needless to say, we did not do business with them, nor will we ever. I made the GM, Bryan Hall, aware of these practices, and he apologized. However, they had our second car key for the vehicle we were going to trade, and he said he would send them back to us. I have asked twice for our car key to be returned, It is now over 3 weeks, and we still do not have our car key. Consequently, we found the car we wanted at another dealer, got the Hyundai direct financing, and had an exceptional experience. More
