Everyone at the dealership is very nice and helpful. Our agent that sold us the car was very patient and kind. More than normal service was performed on my wife's vehicle, with little explanation other than it needed to be done. As a woman, I think full understanding of why, when, where and how isn't to much to vehicle, with little explanation other than it needed to be done. When I saw the receipt at almost double my 1/2 ton truck's cost, she really struggled to help us make sense of the difference. Are you educating your customers of what and why OR just billing for what they agree to? More

I had a very good experience buying my brand new 2025 Santa Fe Cruz. First of all, I had the top salesman at the dealership Lewis Harrison he was very patient and took the time to show me all of the different models and answer any questions I had with honesty and transparency. when it got down to crunching the numbers the business manager Michael Hernandez really stepped up to the plate patiently explaining all of the different finance options and incentive programs, I felt that he really went to bat for me. The finance manager Alvin Davis was a standup guy; he quickly took me through the buying process making it a point not to try and pressure me to buy something I didn't want or need. working quickly and efficiently More

This dealership is horrible. . sold me a brand new 2021 Hyundai Sonata and 3 months in, I had to bring back for repairs. Drove 45 minutes to this dealership yesterday on 5/25/2022 to purchase a vehicle. I went 'on-line' the day before verified TrueCar pricing, and verified with Lewis, and Blake at the dealership. We 5/25/2022 to purchase a vehicle. I went 'on-line' the day before verified TrueCar pricing, and verified with Lewis, and Blake at the dealership. We negotiated a deal, I signed on the line to accept the deal a 'little' over what I wanted but it was 'fair' the Sales Manager also agreed to the deal. The ran my credit, then came back to me and advised me they made a mistake on pricing by $2,000! They could have easily taken off the ridiculous charge of $3,999 for the 'Greenville Protection Package' . I feel they made a mistake on letting me sign, not honoring their end of the deal. They flat out did not honor their end of the deal and should have. I will be taking my business to Bob Stalling Hyundai that does not charge these fees and you should too. More

They were supposed to be dropping them off on Saturday and are now ignoring all communication. We have wrote a letter to send to corporate there has been so many issues. Run! More
