I purchased a black 2025 GX 550 from Arrigo for approximately $98,000 out the door, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. First, I paid for the tire/rim replacement package approximately $98,000 out the door, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. First, I paid for the tire/rim replacement package, yet I was never given any documentation or information about the coverage. I’m still having to chase down something I paid for upfront. Second, despite spending nearly $100k, I was only given one key fob, which is unacceptable given the dealer fees and overall price of the vehicle. To make matters worse, the car was not detailed when I arrived to pick it up. After pointing it out, the detailing was rushed and still not done correctly, requiring it to be redone a second time. For a high-end purchase at this price point, this level of service is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, missing items I paid for, and poor attention to detail made this a very frustrating experience. I expected far better transparency and professionalism from a dealership of this size. I’m still waiting for these issues to be resolved. More

Again called Mandy an still waiting for her to call me back . Awful customer service !! Don’t buy here !!!!!! More
