The service was terrible, not organized or helpful, I kept getting misinformation every week telling me my car would be done but it wast true. Could never get a hold of Logan and when I did he would say kept getting misinformation every week telling me my car would be done but it wast true. Could never get a hold of Logan and when I did he would say I’ll give you a call back and never did. Very unprofessional! I even talked to someone named Steven and he said he would help me but he couldn’t either and lied to me when he said he would get me a new advisor but didn’t. Even when my car was don’t after almost 5 weeks I went to get it and it took over 1 hour for no reason. I spoke to three people and they said they would help me but didn’t even do that. One of the same people came back to tell me my coffee was almost done, just shows how they don’t take customer care seriously. These people need to be retrained or fired I had a horrible experience just for a recall on my car. I will never be coming back and please someone fire Logan! And I’m still waiting to hear back from management More

Sales agent Cedrick Reid was absolutely phenomenal. Really one of the most detailed and courteous car sales people we have ever worked with. However, the McDonough Hyundai Finance Department was one Really one of the most detailed and courteous car sales people we have ever worked with. However, the McDonough Hyundai Finance Department was one of the worst we have ever worked with. We were financing this vehicle for a short period of time in order to achieve significant pricing discounts. We were informed the only hard credit inquiry that would be made would be from Hyundai Motors, and that this would involve access only to the Equifax Credit Bureau. Twenty four hours later we were alerted by our credit bureau watchdog that McDonough Hyundai had actually facilitated four hard credit inquiries. When I complained to a "manager," he became quite defensive, stating that of course they made inquiries to multiple potential lenders, resulting in multiple hard credit inquiries. He stated we never had been told McDonough Hyundai would not do this, and that the credit application gave them the right to do this. Rather than argue this on their showroom floor, we politely just left the dealership having to live now with the result of their actions for the next couple years as impact on our credit score. In addition to this nasty surprise, the entire process of getting the paperwork done to drive the vehicle home took far too long. The dealership knew when we were coming. There was no mystery about the price we were paying. There was no trade in. We just needed to write McDonough Hyundai a check and sign all the paperwork. Turns out this took almost two hours, most of the time just sitting and waiting. McDonough Hyundai's response to this concern was "We don't even start producing the paperwork until you are physically here." Again, defensiveness in justifying their process at the expense of their customer's experience. Nice car and Cedrick Reid is fantastic. But I don't think we will choose this dealership in the future. More
